Having cancer is an absolutely grueling and horrific experience. To be turned down for a massage because of such a diagnosis is distasteful and heartless. Well, today that happened for my sister at the Webster location. It is an antiquated thought process that massage can cause the spreading of cancer cells, which was notes as the reason for the refusal. I will never recommend this chain to anyone I care about as I can only imagine what other outdated processes and procedures they have in place. Thank you for ruining what was supposed to be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for my sister.

Many talented therapists at this location! Having worked in the industry for a number of years, you can tell a happy, talented team from your usual miserable run-of-the-mill chain spa. I am so thankful we have found our therapists here. Even though I used to get massages for free at my old job, the membership here is worth every penny. Every massage I’ve had so far has been great!

I had the most wonderful massage today. I also had a glycolic peel which was nice. I can’t really comment on it until I see the results in a couple of days. My massage therapist was a man, but it was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. He was knowledgeable and had a firm technique. He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. He also shared some tips with me to help me eliminate the tension spots in my back. The esthetician who performed my peel was really sweet. She knows her stuff… gotta give her credit. The owner was welcoming and accommodating. The facility we very clean and comfortable. I hope her business thrives as they have what it takes. I hate that it is one of those membership chains, but it is totally worth it for someone who is a loyalist and prefers to develop comfort zones. The introductory prices are fair. I spent $ 139 plus tip on my services. I don’t feel the same way about the non-member prices, but hopefully the owner will throw out some specials every couple of months. I will definitely take advantage if she does.

I really enjoyed my visit here! I came in when I saw a Facebook ad promoting free facial or massage for back to school. Being on a tighter budget lately I jumped on this opportunity. It was easy to book and the spa was lovely. Very clean and professional. I ended up still spending about $ 60 as I upgraded my facial($ 20) brought some trial sized product($ 16) and tipped($ 20.) I was well educated on the product and did like it but found that a full sized bottle was a bit pricey for me. So I don’t know if I will purchase it. Andy used the Clarity line on me. The only negative is that the receptionist was almost too friendly. Like it felt unnatural but she was polite and explained everything.

This place is a great deal! 49.00 for a facial or massage! I followed my favorite esthetician from the galleria area to this location. Turns out we both moved to this area around the same time! I got so lucky. Her name is Anna and I believe she gives the best facials! She has turned my skin around to more clearer and radiant than ever before. Not only has my skin benefited from her facials she gives the most relaxing head massages ever! Please book an appointment with her and you won’t regret it!

Randomly saw the business page on Facebook and got interested the Hand and Stone chain opened a location on my side of town. Super easy to book an appointment online. It’s located across from Baybrook Mall in the Chuck E Cheese shopping strip. You walk in and immediately greeted for your appointment. The lobby is ultra inviting with complimentary water while you wait. I opted for the Detox facial just to clear some pores. You fill out a quick questionnaire so the lady knows your problem areas and skincare routine. The room is dim and an almost«lets take a nap» comfy. She starts by cleansing your face, a steam treatment to help extractions, and ended in a mask. Since I stated I had dry skin in certain areas, she gave useful advice on what to do and not do. Actually felt like I learned something and not intimidated at all. Especially being a girl, any tip helps. Splurged a little bit and did the upgraded hot towel foot massage. It was a heavenly 10 or so mins spent. So reasonably priced and awesome staff that I signed up for a membership. You can find me here once a month!
