Horrible. Dont even waste your time all they want is to manipulate people who seem guillable into stealing their money. Me and my girlfriend coming as a young couple, looking for an apartment with the money and work history for it, they were Incredibly rude and had difficult management. Overpriced. I live in a GATED luxury apartments complex, Las Palmas in Clear Lake. I live in a TWO BEDROOM for only $ 150 more than el dorados ONE BEDROOM. And my own garage. ridiculous. I qualified for the apartment and the staff gave me a denied attitude before they even reviewed my application to them. then they told me i needed a cosigner, so i payed $ 100 for one. Next day they say i didnt even need one and that it was non refundable. Then, they tell me all i need is my 1099. I bring a 1099 copy from my work place because the IRS has mine and they tell me that it wont work??? that makes no sense. dont waste your time here, all they want is money. not even worth 1 star.
