Discount Tire Store – Webster, TX

Pulled up to discount in a panic 20 minutes after they closed on a Saturday night, all the bays closed except one. I can tell you this place has the best customer service I have ever encountered. They pulled my car in no questions asked and fix my limping audi. I am sure these men had better places to be then staying late at work on a Saturday night. I leave for a 17 hour drive to AZ in the morning, if it wasn’t for discount I wouldn’t be leaving on time. Thanks guys you are a life saver!

We have been coming here for years. They are always fast and knowledgeable in what they’re selling. Kevin helped me today and even though they were busy, he was extremely patient and very kind to me. He is also very easy on the eyes. Lol These guys rock! I’ll be back again: ]

This place was wonderful. The prices are very reasonable and they take the time to educate you on the different tire choices. We had an issue with a our wheels and they coordinated the repair with another shop THAT day. Unbelievably great service. Will definitely be getting all of our new tires there! Thanks Joey!

They refuse to place the tires with better tread on the front of your car, even if you tell them to. I had a front tire blowout on the freeway a long time ago and it was scary. I almost lost complete control of steering and could’ve caused a major accident, but discount tire could care less about what you experienced in the past while driving and are going to do what they see fit with your investment and life.

Now my boo Monica (Chevy-​Malibu) needed some new shoes. Them tires had it… I was sliding all down gulf freeway. So I went ahead and call around for the best prices and guess who came thru? Yeah!
Soo I hopped up and appeared at discount tire around 9am for two new tires. I just knew the wait was long, so I grab my bill book and sat down. It was at least 15 people waiting. But my GOD! These fellas were not playing around. My car was ready in 30 mins. Plus my tires were $ 90 a piece with 65 000 miles! I’m satisfied!

Recently, I had good blow out on my drivers side tire. I spoke with one of the managers, Jason. He was so polite and patient with me. I couldn’t believe how great the service was there at this store. The techs fixed me up with a brand new tire and I only had to pay $ 34 dollars because I had the warranty through them as well. I will be back when I need better tires for sure. Thank you to Jason and the rest of his team for outstanding customer service.

We have been buying tires from this location for many years, but this past Tuesday, May 26, 2015, they showed that their reputation holds up. We bought four new tires for my husband’s truck. When we picked up the truck, something was catching on the driver side rear tire such that it would not move more than a few inches forward or backward. The manager himself came out and temporarily fixed it, then sent us to Discount Auto, who fixed the problem (a brake shoe was out of place) and there was no extra charge. Once again, the Bay Area Discount Tire shows that it has some of the best in the business. Between the manager, and Aaron (who helped me with MY tire just two weeks ago), they are the real deal. Don’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been coming to this location for nearly 5 years. I’ve had a warranty issue on one of my Michelin tires and I got a free replacement without any hassle. I bought my rims from this location about a year ago and they have very good prices.
Products they sell here are good quality and reliable. I recommend this business.

Took my 2010 Corvette in for new run flat tires Pete the manager met me at my car and his guys were on it before I could blink! Great customer service and manager that can lead and communicate effectively! Why can’t all business run like this place? Price is right and they will take care of you for life for nails or any issues often at NO CHARGE! They take care of customers and provide great service I highly recommend them especially for the high end tire customer! 4 run flats are not cheap but you cannot beat the service or price!

This place was rockin! They are fast and prompt. It’s just like almost all the discount tire stores I’ve been to in the past.

I don’t write too many reviews but I could not help but recognize the great service I received from this discount tire location. A couple of weeks back I came in since my front two tires on the g35 coupe were prematurely wearing on the inside. Tim was the gentleman helping me. Once all the tires were checked my fears were confirmed that the back two tires were also dangerously worn (I had them for over 45k miles). Tim worked very hard to find me the best deal possible on 4 new continental extreme contact DW tires. He gave me credit for the mileage warranty and also alerted me of the upcoming continental rebate which by waiting a few more days I was able to obtain. What made this service over the top is that the Continental rebate did not actually apply to my tires (it was only valid on certain other models). When I came back into the store to let them know I was having problems processing the rebate Jason who was working that day and the manager right away stood behind the fact that they misinformed me (clearly not on purpose) and gave me an instant rebate. I know for a fact I got the best price possible on my tires because I shopped them around and also these gentleman stood behind their service 100% when there was a problem. I would recommend this location to anybody!!! Thank you for a great experience!

Super friendly and fast service! I made a same day appointment. They had plenty I open appointments. I made my for 3 hours later. I showed up 10 minutes early and went over the type of tires I was getting and paid. They took my car back on time and then 15 minutes later it was ready!

We have always bought our tires from the local competitor down the street, but ended up at Discount Tires when we found they had the same tires for $ 100 cheaper! The service was top notch — from the first phone call to check pricing to having to wait less than an hour to get tires put on my car. We will definitely use Discount Tires for all of our future tire needs!

Everyone there was super nice and got my tires rotated and filled in about 30 minutes. Love Discount Tire!

Great staff at this location and customer service is always excellent. I’m not knowledgeable with cars, but I know they won’t con me. They’re good and understanding about dumbing down their explanations. The guys always have smiles on their faces and have fun in the shop. Great atmosphere and they’re good about getting you in and out.
Tip: avoid Saturdays.

Stopped in to get my tires checked, and I got great service. However, the wait was over an hour, and it didn’t seem like that many people were in the lobby since I came during a lunch break on a weekday.
I’d definitely come back at a more off peak hour though.

Went into discount tire on Texas avenue and had horrible service. I felt like they gave me too many excuses of why thank can’t replace my tire that has 40,000 mile warranty and I purchased the separate insurance. I went into Kemah Discount Tire and they listened to my problem and took care of it in a matter of minutes. Bay Area Discount Tire needs to be more like Kemah Discount Tire, they were professional and wasnt just trying to make me spend more money. I literally had the tires for 2 months. Thank you Kemah store for the great service and helping the customers. Bay Area needs to take notes from Kemah. That’s how you can keep your customers

Came in a couple months ago to get new wheels, and I thought everything was fine with them.
However, I went to another shop when my brakes started to squeal, and the shop was shocked by how lazily and poorly my tires were installed. One of my tires left discount tire without a bolt, and most of the rest of them broke off while they were getting off my tire to replace the rotor because the bolts were so cross-​stripped.
Basically, discount tire let me drive out with a car where if I had a flat on the road and tried to put on the spare, I wouldn’t have been able to install it. And if AAA came to replace it, the bolts would have broken leaving me with a spare that can’t be installed. Dangerous, unprofessional, and lazy – not to mention expensive. Until discount tire agreed to reimburse me for their mistakes (after the shop I was at had to advocate for me), I was out $ 250

Came in today with a screw jammed in my wive’s tire, we just bought the car and the tires weren’t from discount but they took care of it for me anyway because i’ve been a customer in the past. Matt helped me this time and the tech, Chris was more pleasant than any mechanic I’ve gone to in the past. John remembered me from my last visit and that made me feel valued as a customer. I took a step out and grabbed a bite to eat while my tire was repaired and when I came back matt greeted me at the door letting me know that they were finishing up earlier than expected.
May be a bit more expensive when it comes to charging for services (balancing, etc.) but tires are the lowest you’ll find and the service is impeccable. Sorry
you just can’t compete.

My partner in crime and I went to visit family in Pearland and unfortunately hit a huge pothole in the area. We made it to this DT and started to stress out because the rim was obviously bent and the tire was about to go. To add to the stress, it was near the end of the weekend and we had to make it back home to S.A. Uggh! I can’t remember the gentleman who helped us but he came out, asked us what happened, reviewed our options with us and told us he’d do everything he could to make sure we could get going again.
He looked up prices and **MORE** than met us halfway for some new rims. And the rims are really nice too so I definitely don’t feel as though I bought something I didn’t want or felt I was stuck with because of the situation. Much-​o appreciat-​o, guys!!! Thanks so much!!!
