History
Established in 1996.
After years of experience at large and small firms alike, Mark started his own firm in 1994. The Barrett Law Office, PC, with over 100 years of experience, joined with Mark’s firm in 1996. He holds his JD from Vanderbilt Law School and a BA in International Relations from Dartmouth College. Mark has been married for over 30 years to his lovely wife Carol, with whom he has raised a successful daughter and son, along with a German Shepard named Sam.
Mark loves to volunteer, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Providence Housing Development Corporation and NCS Community Development Corporation. In the past, he has served on the boards for Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Rochester, the Genesee Settlement House, the Bishop Sheen Ecumenical Housing Foundation, Eastside Little League, St. Bernard’s School of Theology, and Northeast Quadrant Catholic Schools.

Justin A.
Manager
Justin joined Barrett Greisberger in the spring of 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Justin worked in Washington, D.C. as a legislative fellow in a U.S. House of Representatives Congressional Office.
Justin holds his JD from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, where he was awarded the Law Faculty Scholarship and the Conwell Community Corps Fellowship. He acquired his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 2009.
In his spare time, Justin enjoys Brazilian jiu-jitsu, playing the drums, and hiking with his wife Sarah.
