Review cooking methods that will help utilize your specific choices. Exercise will involve simple chair movements, utilizing home materials and recommending activities that will fit individual lifestyle. Accountability is a huge portion of this program to insure success. Any homebound individual can utilize this personalized program. Confidential and private.
History
Established in 2014.
I became involved with caretaking for Seniors when my great aunt developed dementia. She had dislocated her hip from a fall, made poor food choices, and needed basic caregiving.
Moving from Pennsylvania to California in 2003, I found myself a job as Manager of Curves in Weaverville, located in Trinity County. Curves franchise offered training in Nutrition, Movement Studies and Behavior Modification. Through Curves affiliation with Cleveland University in Ohio, I earned a certificate in Personal Training, Nutrition and Behavior Modification.
In 2007, I became Owner of the Weaverville Curves Franchise. Many of my clients became close friends, allowing me to experience the unique requirements of being a Senior. Various health issues provided challenges to modifying workout programs and nutrition issues. I loved working with women, many of them ranging from 80 to 90 years old.

My friends tell me I should write a book about my life. With so many interests and adversities, perhaps I should take their suggestion. My story begins typical, attending an all girls Catholic High School. Getting married at the age of 25, having my first child at age 28, and divorcing at age 32. After 13 years of attending College part-time and raising children, I graduated in 1999. I have a BS in Business, specializing in Hospitality Management.
Most of my work experience is restaurant related. When I was a single mom, raising three small children, I approached the job center in Pennsylvania. They informed me I could have schooling and daycare for free, if I pursued a career in a field I had experience. Waitressing provided experience in the restaurant field. I found myself going to Culinary School to become a Chef.
My second marriage, so far resulting in 18 years of happiness, involved starting an off-premise Catering Business. We involved the six children of
