Not good in communicating the process and defining exactly what will happen. Would help if they wrote it down and handed it to you. Also, check your documents carefully they sent me a document without my changes but had the oppositions changes, and wanted me at sign it. I asked for certain things but were never done, like an appraisal which Mrs. Key said she wound do but then went with one that was 4 yrs. old. Notifications and updates will be helpful. I had to call and get updates the only time they contacted me on a regular basis was for payment. I would not recommend Mrs. Key for a divorce case.
