T & S Heating & Air Conditioning

They are bad. We have a complaint against them right now. They were supposed to service 9 inside Central Air Conditioners and 7 outside units. One inside unit was turning itself off after running for a while. The guy’s that came to our house serviced all 9 inside units and they needed to order some parts for 2 units. The outside guy only worked on 2 units and left for 2 hrs. when he came back he closed them up and we found out later that he did not fix the problem. We also now have another unit that does the same thing. The inside guy also worked on one outside unit. I called Dawn, the person that answers the phone, and told her about the problem not being solved and that they only worked on 3 outside units and asked if they ordered the parts. She called me back the next day and said that they told her they worked on all units and they ordered the parts. My answer was that they can finish the job when they come to install the parts. She said that she would call me when they have the parts. That was last September2015. We did not hear from them until we received a bill on October 28^th, for $ 879.59 for all units serviced and freon charged. I tried to call Dawn and had to leave messages. After 2 days of trying and no call back it was obvious t hat they did not want to settle this problem. We will not pay this until the matter has been resolved, which I made clear in my last message.
I would take the 1 star back if I could.
