T J’s Nails

Stopped in to clean up the little hooves and selected a basic manicure with the ‘signature pedi spa’ pedicure. TJ’s is definitely no frills but it was clean.
Color selection was not great. Lots of dark colors but it’s summer and I was looking for something in the melon range. I managed to find one that would do. This was surprising because they tout using OPI products. Usually salons highlight and offer the newest color collections to choose from but I didn’t see any displays.
I guess with my pedicure I received some sort of extra massage. The technician set a kitchen timer that ticked and tocked until… ding! It was super annoying.
Manicure was not worth the money. At all. My nails are not filed evenly and I still have traces of polish on my nails from where I removed my previous color but they didn’t clean it up.
Very disappointed. Not the worst salon I’ve been to so they get 2 stars instead of 1.
