If I could give no stars I would. Deceptive business. I travelled two hours to test drive a car. Decided it was the one. When they «appraised» my trade in the offered $ 4000 less than a another dealership. They tried to tell me reasons for this. I did my homework and knew the fair trade in range. The only reason has to be they don’t deal fairly. It won’t drop that much in value in a week. They didn’t even reconsider their offer. Their cars are valuable but yours are not. How dare they not be more considerate of my only day off in weeks, my gas, my money, and my time away from my family.
