Absolutely awful experience, one star is too many. We sent our bloodhound to Steve and were promised the moon. What we got was our dog being attacked and losing about 2″ off of an ear. They have never made any attempt to make good even after several calls and emails demanding a refund. $ 1500 down the drain. BEWARE!
