Business Owner

Gillian J. Blomquist has a diverse background that makes her a unique family law advocate. She started her legal career in 1998 as a paralegal in the Hennepin County Domestic Abuse Service Center. Following graduation from law school, she handled child protection cases for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. She spent time working for the 10^th Judicial District as a Guardian ad Litem advocating for children in juvenile and family court. She has handled matters as diverse as estate planning, contested probate matters, bankruptcy, family law, and guardianship, but eventually realized that family law was her preferred area of practice.

She now practices exclusively family law and is available to handle divorce, child custody, parenting time, paternity, child support, and other related matters. She is also qualified as a Rule 114 neutral.

She spends her time away from the practice of law raising a family, running, and restoring an old house.
