I love Monique and the jewelry at her store which is right on the waterfront downtown area of Wayzata. I have never walked into a store where I fell in love with all the jewelry pieces and she makes many of the one-​of-​a-​kind pieces herself! She is so wonderful to work with and now every time I visit we customarily greet each over with big hugs. She gave my fiancée and I an amazing deal on our engagement and wedding bands and just goes above and beyond for all of our requests. I am so happy with my purchases and will definitely be back!

I have been using Monique for approximately five years for all of my wife’s Christmas birthday and special occasions. She has provided me with great insight into always getting the perfect present for my wife. I would recommend her service to anyone that would ask. Her prices are affordable and her custom pieces are extraordinary. She has always taken the time and effort to find me the perfect gift even something for a few hundred dollars to things for a few thousand dollars. She has a great selection of necklaces rings bracelets and earrings; as well as a large selection of diamonds. I have built a great relationship with Monique and she is my go to jeweler for all my needs. I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone.

My fiancé worked with Monique to design a custom engagement ring based on the art nouveau styles I really loved and what they came up with was better than I could have imagined. It’s truly a work of art and combines all the best elements of what I liked for a truly unique ring. She’s been easy to work with, offered some bits of expert advice throughout the process (stone sizes/​cuts/​shapes that would work best with the style of the setting etc) to make sure we would be happy with the result, and really put in a lot of time to create something special for us. We will be coming back for our wedding bands!

Monique has been amazing in helping me with the design if my fiancée’s engagement ring. She is knowledgeable, personal and talented. The price is about 30% lower than another designer wanted for the same design. I’d recommend her highly.

Being a guy and normally not ‘adept’ at shopping for jewelry, I felt no pressure and had a pressure-​free time picking out my wedding band with my wife. They definitely go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and you don’t feel intimidated walking into their store like most of the chain jewelers around the Twin Cities. A friendly environment and great staff will definitely have me coming back should I ever to buy more jewelry for my wife.

This review is severely overdue but that is no fault but our own. We got engaged over Thanksgiving and the next thing we knew, the holidays were here. Now that holiday stress is all over, we have the time to give Monique and her establish the review they so justly deserve. We come from a big city in the Midwest that claims to have their own jewelry district. And it does… but it is NOTHING compared to Monique’s singular shop. We found Monique through Viachi’s website. She is the only authorized reseller of his jewelry in this part of the country. We emailed her what we were looking for in terms of the ring’s setting and stone and she was always very prompt and professional in her replies. She was polite and warm even through such an impersonal medium as email. In a couple of weeks, we drove up to see her (8 hours each way) on a Sunday. She was willing to open up her store during non-​operating hours to accommodate our busy schedule. Her son, Dean, did an amazing job finding the perfect diamond that fit our budget and the diamond is unbelievable. Our family and friends were blown away by the ring. Some strangers have stopped us to compliment the ring. Monique and Dean are both so wonderful and such good people. We never once felt like we were being scammed (and we got a lot of them from the other places we’ve been, especially since people thought we were young and stupid). What really convinced us of their good intentions? — We were down to 2 diamonds and couldn’t decide. They suggested the lesser priced one because it was cut in a way to best complemented my ornate ring setting. They could have easily made a couple more grand by suggesting the other one. However, they kept our budget in mind and kept the overall look of our ring in mind. They’re going to have to make a profit (it’s a business after all) but they still considered us and our style. It felt like they wanted to make sure I had the right ring, no matter what it cost or didn’t cost. Best service we’ve had, best selection of diamonds we’ve seen, and two of the nicest people we’ve ever met. Overall the experience of ring shopping was phenomenal and we have Monique and Dean to thank for it.
We know Monique and Dean will make other couples out there just as happy as we are with our ring :)
