Our car got stuck in the mud on the side of the house 24 feet away from the driveway. Geico sent this company out. Driver said he doesn’t have time to get geico to pay him enough to do this. He brought a 2 wheel drive stuck to pull us out, he said that wouldn’t work cause geico only pays him $ 35 for such ting. We asked him to pull us 30 feet which is what geico pays for. He didn’t want to do it and left us stranded.
Terrible service.
