Beverly Hanks’ new digs on Main Street are impressive, as is their printing, advertising, emailing etc. BUT, the broker I was associated with had one mantra — «You need to reduce the price» over and over. This despite the fact that I had the property appraised and then listed it almost $ 20,000 under that appraisal. I’m changing brokers after a sale didn’t complete. I feel like my broker may have been appologizing for the pricing to the seller or their broker.
