I just had a problem with my air conditioner when I got home my Ac was not working my house was 90 dg I called jeff he came right out with in 1 hr and fixed my Ac and after hours may I say and it was 94 dg today thanks for the great service

I contacted Ultimate Aire to obtain a service contract and garage heater install. First appointment I waited for 4 hours. I called their messaging service and no call back. I got a call back in the morning. Excuse was that technician’s cell phone wasn’t receiving a signal. today, I was rescheduled between 11 am — 1 PM. At 11:50am, tech called me and said he would be arriving in 20 mins. He ultimately showed up at 12:55pm (over an hour after he called and set my expectations). I work in NYC and live in NJ. I had to take a day off to work from home and I had a meeting at 1pm. As a result, I turned them away as they are clearly unable to set expectations and manage their time and/​or employees.
