I’ve had plenty of massages and this experience was average at best. They rubbed extremely hard in places that shouldn’t have been rubbed hard (I.e. Bones) and not hard enough in places that should have been harder. Masseuses should understand that different parts of the body are more or less sensitive than others. No action on the legs. And it’s not cheap — I could go to palisades park and get a better, longer massage for less money.

Average «mall» massage place. Like the fact that you can basically walk in and no appt needed. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Massage was a little rough for my liking. I asked a couple times for her to no to put so much pressure but she continued. Didn’t like the fact it was warm in there and in the beginning of the massage she started with the sheet on and rubbing the sheet against my body which was making me sweat! Who wants to sweat during a massage?

Had a massage here after 2 days of pure walking from a theme park vacation. Pretty straight forward good massage for a location at the mall. The mall was closing soon so I was only able to do a 40 minute massage— 20mins back and 20 mins feet. Best foot massage ive ever gotten!
Ask for «Mae» if you want a good hard pressure massage!

Qitopia is a great place to go for a massage! You can choose between a table massage or chair, and most importantly it is very clean. I suggest coming here if you prefer Deep Tissue massages. May and Donna are the best!

this place is the biggest joke is the history of jokes.
i made an appointment for 2pm — then they told me the «therapist» was somewhere else it might be 2:10 — okay, no problem
wait, it might be 2:20 — okay, no problem
then — the therapist had a 30 minute client somewhere else that wants to have another half hour — so how about waiting til 3pm? are you nuts?
this place has no respect when they make an appointment. and don, the regional idiot, defends this practice.
no respect for clients who come in and sit and wait, and wait, and then are told «just kidding» wait some more
pick a finger Don — who was nasty, defended that appointment is just «tentative» if they get another offer — what are you joking? –this place has no respect for people.
i am glad that Unilocal says that «trust» is their top concern. Can this business and its practices be «trusted» with the way they treat people? I think not.

The front desk was friendly. I had a reflexology session. The room is not private. I shared it with 2 other clients. The music is very low. I think it can be turned up louder so you don’t have to hear the therapists breathing or spreading of lotion on the skin. As for the reflexology, I think it felt a little rushed and it didn’t seem to be a full reflexology routine but that of a normal foot massage. The price is not going to break your wallet so I guess it was good for the money you will spend. They also take walk ins so if you are in need of a massage right away, then this is the place for you.

I just used a groupon for the 60 min hot stone massage and it was FANTASTIC. Emily, my masseuse, was extremely thorough and also careful of my sprained fingers. She also got rid of the horrific knots in my shoulders. This place was clean, peaceful, and a great find. I’m looking forward to my next one!
