Pilates and More specializes in offering individual attention to our clients needs during every session… Private or Group Class. Our devoted staff of professional Instructors are classically trained and fully certified. The Studio offers 25 pieces of Peak Pilates equipment. Group Classes are limited to 5 clients; rotating featured equipment every day. This ensures that clients have a well rounded training in every aspect: Reformer, Mat, Tower, Chair and Ladder Barrel. In addition, the front desk is staffed during all hours of operation to offer scheduling options tailored to your busy life!

History

Established in 2002.

After 3 years of training and becoming fully certified, founder Carol Beringer was teaching private sessions in her fully equipped home studio; privates and group classes in 4 other locations — and at the Philadelphia Flyers training facility in New Jersey. The demand for Pilates — and the difference it was making with the clients — professional athletes as well as self-​professed coach potatoes,…inspired her to open Pilates and More in November 2002. Carol added 3 more Pilates certifications to her resume. She was also fortunate enough to mentor and meet equally devoted Pilates professionals who continue to teach at the studio. The Teacher Training program at Pilates and More has graduated instructors who remain to teach at the studio or have gone on to successfully teach and/​or open their own studios.
