History

Established in 2008.

Out There Outfitters is locally owned and operated by Zeke and Tory Sieglaff. Zeke grew up on the Delaware/Pennsylvania border. After one too many bouts with frostbite he decided to head to warmer waters where he has spent the past 15 years. Zeke and Tory owned two shops during that time, one in Boca Grande and another in Tampa. After a phenomenal fifteen year run in Florida, Zeke and Tory sold the shops and moved home to Pennsylvania. They laid low for a year and scoped out the territory before collaborating with their friends at Patagonia to determine the best location for Out There Outfitters! They have come off of the bench to create their best store ever and even brought up a key player from Boca Grande to help run the shop. Beau is the gregarious manager who has an infectiously happy go lucky attitude coupled with great brand knowledge. Ashley, Emma and Rick provide the over the top visual merchandising coupled with unparalleled service.

Zeke S.

Business Owner

Zeke grew up on the Delaware/Pennsylvania border. He then spent a year lost in the Colorado Rockies satisfying the mountain jones. After one too many bouts with frostbite he decided to head to warmer waters where he has spent the past 15 years. Zeke and Tory owned two shops during that time, one in Boca Grande and another in Tampa. Oh yeah, we forgot to mention the Tarpon fly fishing addiction. Zeke worked his way to the top of the heap as a fly fishing guide in Boca Grande. He was a featured guest on several episodes of the Walker’s Cay Chronicles, a nationally televised fly fishing show on ESPN. Many hours were logged on the flats of Pine Island Sound (and local beaches with his wife and two children) testing great outdoor products as well as working on the tan.
