History
Established in 2008.
As a former student of architecture, I decided that it would be best to gain field experience in residential construction. After 10 years of combined education and residential remodeling experience, I felt compelled to begin a general contracting company. My sister, a graduate of what is now called Philadelphia University and has her degree in Interior Design. We are both very dedicated in providing you with an unparalleled experience taylored to meet your remodeling needs. We have merged our talents and experience to give you what is now Modulus Contracting & Design.

Business Owner
After completing an Arts degree at Miami Dade Community College in Miami, Florida, I decided to work as an interior designers assistant for a very reputable architect to see if architecture was something that I would pursue.
While attending architecture school by day and restaurants by night, I executed my first design commission. A lighting installation for a new Japanese restuarant that my current employers were launching. I designed, built and installed custom light fixtures for their new concept. Working for them at every level was a great experience as I was exposed to high caliber talent and uncompromised quality. These are two of the qualities that would become the launching point for this company.
As I transitioned from Miami to Philadelphia I wanted to provide my talents and services with the work ethic and pride that I had become accustomed.
