I went there for a snap on smile for my sister and I, in which he made me pay up front $ 4,000.00. He told me to come in for a free evaluation. Once I did two weeks later I asked what is going on with my snap on smile after the evaluation and he stated that he still didn’t send it in yet. He talked me out of it and to repair my teeth, we agreed on a treatment plain of $ 3,000. in which he gave me credit for my snap on smile of $ 2,000.00. The treatment plain was suppose to be to repair 3 cavities, deep cleaning and my porcelain tooth for the root canal. after a deep cleaning and touching up my root canal basically getting it ready for the porcelain tooth and fixing one cavity. I was told to pay another $ 500.00 in which will leave me with a balance of $ 500.00. I was scheduled to come in to receive my Porcelain tooth for the root canal. When I did come in, they asked for another payment of $ 600.00 and the receptionist stated that he will not see me unless I pay the $ 600.00. I told her my balance is $ 500.00, she told me to speak to the doctor in which when he came out he told me that my balance is $ 1,800. we argued and he now refused to refund me the money in which he did not do work for. He basically robbed me blind… My sisters snap on smile does not fit and he refuses to fix it. He basically robbed me for $ 4,500.00 and all I got out of it is one filling, deep cleaning and a snap on smile that does not fit her mouth in which it is still in the box he gave to us.
