History

Established in 1968.

Bernard Kaplan founded Kaplan & Kaplan, Esqs. more than 50 years ago. He has made it his life’s work to ensure that injured people receive all the benefits they are entitled to under the law. Over 15 years ago, Kenneth Kaplan followed in the footsteps of his father and joined Kaplan & Kaplan. He is successfully building upon the firm’s legacy of providing exceptional legal representation to workers throughout New Jersey.
