This review is for Jan Drury, NOT Coldwell Banker, which is what I think this Unilocal listing was intended to be. Jan is a realtor at Coldwell Banker.
I hired Jan to help me search for a home along the Main Line in PA. Since it was my first home, I was unsure of my definite preferences. She listened to my needs and was very honest with me throughout the process, allowing me to refine my «wants» so she could find me the right property. It was clear to me that she knows a lot about the area, which was helpful as I had not yet zeroed in on an exact city or neighborhood. I liked that Jan was incredibly responsive whenever I emailed or texted her… I heard back from her typically that same day. During negotiations, she always made sure we were on the same page before discussing with the seller’s agent – since I had not done this before, she walked me through the entire process and guided me through my options. I truly felt she was in my corner throughout the process and had my best interest in mind.
After I closed on the home, I asked Jan for several references to carpet, paint, and other home service providers. She seems to know and has worked with several local professionals, and I was happy to have a good source of reliable companies to do work in my new home.
I highly recommend Jan. It is clear she is passionate about selling homes and interacting with her clients. When we sell our home down the road, I will be calling Jan!

To say this in an inconsiderate, unprofessional real estate office, specifically Rema Menon would be putting it nicely. Buyers and Sellers BEWARE, she does not show up for scheduled appointments and does not have the common courtesy to cancel or reschedule. Choose wisely, this realtor clearly has no business showing or selling properties. If there was an option for negative stars, they would get it!

Well, well, well… I receive a cold call today from someone in this office who is working off a six-​month old list — April to be exact. My house was privately listed only thru Zillow and Craigslist and removed upon a signed agreement of sale. It sold in May.
Hey Coldwell Banker, why doncha spring for some updated lists, or at least, double check with all the available public records before you bother folks whose house already sold months ago.
