Foo To Go

I only tried it once but I liked it and wanted to write a review. I tried the tofu tower and crab cakes both were delicious.

If the Main Line were a race of people, I’d be the biggest racist you knew. I couldn’t be racist enough. I’d be Zachary H., your friend who’s mostly a fun guy until he makes you defend him after an indefensible comment.
«You hear the one about the 4 Main Liners who walked in a bar?» I’d yell more than I’d ask, elbow bent, ready to tip back another cup of courage from my bar stool, before you’d plead, «Stop it, not here.»
I’d be this racist because nowhere do pretention, mediocre food, and self-​entitlement meet with a cosmic bang of douchbaggery quite like the Main Line. But Foo to Go at the Lancaster Farmer’s Market is a small reprieve from the soulless food in this pocket of white flight.
The duck quesadilla ($ 8) is the main reason why. A sweet pop of pineapple hits you followed by a smooth, velvety, fuck-​yeah of goat cheese. The delicious, smoky duck piles on the flavor in ways your typical chicken quesadilla never could, and the kimchi renders the bites absent of duck just as tasty. This is one of the best quesadillas I’ve had and it alone is worth braving the parking lot and the army of texting trophy wives battened down in their SUVs who patrol it.
The Korean pork tacos ($ 8 for two) are, to a lesser degree, another winner with juicy pork, crunchy Asian slaw (isn’t that kimchi?) and what I’m sure is very authentic American cheese. A delicate flower it’s not, but it comes together for the most part.
The Main Line is the master series of assholes but they have a bona fide hit for the lunch hour with Foo to Go.
