i seldom leave reviews for resellers and stores, but the customer service provided to me from them was exceptional. I had placed a phone order my item which was immediately processed, and the person on the other line was very helpful in helping me determine what it is I want and need for my in home set up. Their prices were below anything I could find at other retailers online and I was extremely pleased with how fast my items were shipped. The whole process went without a hiccup and I’d definitely be a returning customer in the future. Great people to do business with

Bought Plasma TV with extended service contract. Well, the TV needed repair and they came and picked it up — tried to leave without giving me paperwork or even a last name! Only when I asked for a driver’s license did I get a business card, and I have to say, I got a very bad feeling from the service guys! Something was just not right there. But now we get a call a month later and they still do not have a part, so it will be another week, even though I was told they’d have it done within 2 weeks at the very latest, even if they had to order parts, when they picked it up. Creepy employees, still no TV, getting lied to, and treated like I am unreasonable for saying this is nuts, it’s repair or replace and since you obviously cannot get it repaired in a timely fashion, give me another one! NEVERSHOPHERE!

I have purchased 2 items from here, one plasma tv– which I was very happy with and a surround sound system for my salon, I am happy with the in store service but the people who came to install my speakers(which I paid 300 $ for) were an hr and a half late, and super creepy and unprofessional. Kept talking about inappropriate situations and making ridiculous sounds then proceeded to tell me I had dimples and my girlfriend had sad eyes and laughed in my face as if they were stoned or on crack. I was generally scared and concerned for my health. I’m calling tomorrow and complaining — ill update you all on how they handle the situation soon. for now 2 stars. SO my update came before i finished my review– they handled it timely and efficiently. They could have offered me a discount for what i went through. whatever its done and over with. will prob shop there again bec of connivence but won’t get anything installed ever.

Purchased a Denon receiver from them over a month ago and it has yet to arrive. I’ve sent them a couple of emails and they just copy and pasted a generic response. Still no information or shipping information for my $ 1200 receiver. DONOTBUYFROMTHESEPEOPLE!!!

VERYVERYPUSHY!!! The sales team/manager are super pushy and aggresive. That may work with some people but it didn’t work with us. Being pushed that hard makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience at best. Needless to say we left(which wasn’t easy) and won’t go back. Fortunately I’m no pushover but I’m sure they strong arm many people into buying.

I bought a Denon receiver from them for a great price. Sadly the item died two weeks after it arrived. They refused to exchange the item for a new one. Terrible, unfriendly customer service.
