Used the service for quite a while, and like most they had good days and bad days. The owner does not take or accept criticism and argues the point rather than pleases the client. Neither the owner, or her one long term employee own up to mistakes — the employee becomes downright belligerent! They are reliable to a point, but change most employees often. Sometimes comes with too many people, and then nothing gets done, because no one knows what anyone else is doing. CHECK up on them often and your home will be cleaned to a reasonable degree. Oh, and if the owner promises anything, make certain to follow up, or she will blame you for not following through!
