Went there on Saturday(½/16) for my daughters 5th birthday. We did not have a party there just a few of us for her celebration. They were understaffed for a Saturday night. They ran out of drink lids. Not sure who does the ordering of that stuff but that should never happen at a place like that. Some of the staff was good but most of them were rude, impatient and looked like they didn’t want to be there. The food took forever to get to our table. My biggest issue of this whole place was how with being so understaffed I guess, there was no employees walking around and making sure games were working or not working. No one making sure the kids were not running like crazy.(Unbelievably these parents don’t watch their kids). That actually caused an issue for a mother to get in my face. A mother who was 6 months pregnant at that. Which then escalated into her bringing over 3 more people to get in my face and my sons face while I tried to ignore them and enjoy my 5 year old but them threatening my 21 year old son. It took staff over 20 min to even come over(once we finally were able to walk away and go sit down) to our table and ask what happened. The parents don’t watch their kids, staff is not good and place was not clean or stocked. Will NOT go back.

We went here yesterday with my 2 kids. Echoing some of the past reviews: Most of the games did not work. You put coins in only to learn the game does not work. If the game did work, the coins would get stuck in the slot. It was a Friday night and they were understaffed. The so-called toy selection for the kids after redeeming prize tickets looked something out of the 80s. The the toys were cheap and outdated. We did not have any food so I can’t comment on that. If you are looking to have a birthday party for your kids, I would look elsewhere.

Took my son there on a Saturday everything was nice except the ghetto rude employees that look so miserable.

It’s a great place for kids ages 3+ to have fun and enjoy the games. But the tokens are equal to one quarter and when we went there today there was no lettuce in the salad bar, thankfully the manager gave us a refund. Although, their churros are delicious! They serve them with caramel and cream on the side, I definitely recommend getting them.

I took my son to this place even after reading the reviews and I was surprised. The place is clean, bathrooms are clean and always stocked with soap and toilet paper. staff and service are helpful and nice except for one lady that one day had a real unpleasant looOK on her face. The pizza is good. THe salad is good. The boneless chicken wings weren’t that great. They taste like Wendy’s nuggets drenched in hot sauce. The 2 things I don’t like about this place and the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is 1. Some machines are broken and some machines don’t give tickets and 2. It gets hot in there and they need to stop being so cheap and turn that a/c on higher! ! Especially, when it’s a packed place!

Not exactly the same as when I was a kid, lousy pizza at astronautical prices, although the salad bar is good. The stage is in the birthday area, and used to do a show every half hour but so far no show. However– aside from my grown up complaints, kids are having a blast, and tokens are reasonable and kids get many games out of them. Hey! That’s what’s important right?

My 5 year old loves Chuck e cheese, so I decided to take him to the one in Wayne as it had been renovated. I ordered his birthday cake and after exactly waiting for a full hour, I asked to speak to a manager who did not apologize for having my son wait soooo long for a cake. I had to ask for candles and then had to wait for them. Had to ask after the hour for my table to get cleared. Asked for a bag and they didn’t have any. The cake was dry and nasty. I will not visit this place again.

Their pizzas don’t taste right. And if you step away from the table for a brief moment someone will throw out your pizza even if it is still warm and less than half has been eaten.

Went here with one of my sons because of all the commercials on TV. The place isnt huge but for little kids it is. The Game are all 1 token which isnt bad. Some game where broken but marked, some working games ran out of tickets. I would think in the morning they would run thru the game to make sure they are full of tickets. Guess not. And all the game give 4 tickets??? Why only 4 tickets, you don’t earn any more the 4??? Wish I knew why? Pizza was pretty good. Better then dominos or other fast food pizza joints. They have a salad bar which we didn’t get put looked fresh and clean. Bathrooms where pretty clean for a kids place. Prizes are not that great but my sons loved the little candy and toys he got for his tickets I guess that is what really counts. :-) Spend with food and on tokens about $ 35.00 and got about 4 hours or quality play out of it. We went about 11:00AM on a Saturday and the place was quite, after 12:00 The birthday parties start and it does get noisy and crowded but still I seen worst at other venues. Will visit this location again.

Dirty, crowded and all the machines are broken. This is the worst location I’ve been to and it seems to have gone downhill since a few years back. I know I’ll never be back here.

Chuck E Cheese had lost its appeal with me and I had stopped taking my children there. The place looked outdated and grimy; when I visited I was never compelled to purchase anything to eat because the place felt unsanitary. I would take my children solely to play only if I had no other place to go. I was pleasantly surprised to find that in 2011 this location was renovated. The space feels less crowded, more open and is now clean. Its back on my radar for places to go for entertainment, I have ordered food a few times now, however, the menu is not really the main attraction here, the games are.
