I think I like this store better than the one in Glen Ridge, which is my usual go-​to Bottle King, but the location itself blows. It sits between 23 and 202, which is an accident waiting to happen.
Overall, though, the inside of the store is very-​well organized, but the employees at the check out couldn’t have been more annoying and unprofessional by sharing their stories of mutual disdain for their no-​show colleague while scanning my bottles.

If you are a wine buyer, check out this store whenever you’re in the area. I think they have the most competitive, if not the best, wine pricing around. The selection is typical of a large liquor store. Wine tastings from time to time are happening too.

Darn good liquor store. Great selection. Friendly staff. Great prices. Lots and lots of wine and beer to choose from. Cheese counter. They also have a few things you can’t find anywhere else.

Everytime I buy here, the prices they post are incorrect, and you don’t find out until you check out. They frequently put the wrong price or name of the beer on the shelf signs in the fridge and out. They are expensive too.

Went by today for Newcastle Cabbie. They have a decent selection and their prices are better than Gary’s. you definitely need to have the Bottle King card to get all discounts which is a bit nuts but once you have the card, it is worth it for the deals. A must go to liquor store.

I am a fan of bottle king. They have a very large selection with plenty of staff to help with Anything you need. Very well stocked and good variety. Cheese and wine tastings daily. Love this place. Member card saves you alot and never long lines because of all the registers. Stop in for a good experience.

Bright clean decent selection and good pricing. If you’re looking for standard issue wine or beer that you can get anywhere, this is place to go. If you’re looking for high end vintages real oenophiles would pop a cork over, go to Gary’s just down street.

Great place! Good variety, friendly staff and affordable prices. A little difficult to get into from Rt. 23– pay attention for the entrance or you’ll miss it. Also be careful of cars trying to merge onto 23 while you’re trying to pull into the lot or that could be an insurance claim waiting to happen.
