The dry cleaning is well done. But the customer service is horrendous. They refused to clean my husbands suit coat since it was missing a button on the sleeve. I didn’t want to pay $ 1 for them to sew on the new button, so I was told I could bring the coat back after I sewed the button on myself. I brought our winter coats to be cleaned. I was told they were to big and bulky to be stored. They would only agree to clean the coats if I promised to pick them up between 5 – 6 pm Thursday– literally in the hour after they would be returned to the store. When I showed up to pick up my cleaning, I had my small child with me. As I was getting her out of her car seat, the woman came running out of the store to tell me I couldn’t park there– I had to park in the playground lot. When I said I was just picking up my cleaning, she let me know she would be watching me to make sure I don’t go to the playground after wards. i

If you need a professional dry cleaner or need some sort of tailor alteration work, this is the place to go! She has been here for over 20 years on Main St. Extremely friendly and honest work. Her pricing is fair if you consider what the other shops are charging around the area. The wedding dresses, suits, sport jackets and pants all came out perfect! This place is Wayland’s hidden gem if you are looking for tailor/cleaner service. I world recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I think the woman that runs this shop does a good job. I’ve had a shirts, jackets, and sports coats tailored there and it’s good work at a fair price. I’ll continue taking stuff there.
