They were able to easily get me in the same day I had an acute injury. Communication has been great(Ashton is a pleasure at the front), and Claire has been a top notch physical therapist. She’s extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and such a warm personality. Convenient parking situation, and accommodating night hours as well.

I went in initially because I had pain in my neck/shoulder and I also had a mailing offering Free Injury assessment, Free 60 minute personal training session, Free 30 minute health consult and $ 25 off either a massage or acupuncture. After my first session I presented this card and got a lot of blank stares almost as if they had no idea what this mailing was? They totally disregarded it, but then told me it was good for ONE of those things not all of them… NOTTRUE. The card clearly showed that it was good for all these things and I didn’t get any of them. The actual therapy I received was ok. I did give it a good shot and went to several appointments. I did miss one and called about the time I was supposed to be there to reschedule and they charged me anyway. A lot of places waive this if it’s the first time, but not here. Oh well. I probably won’t go back so soon. Very average and really should honor their own promotions, otherwise what’s the point? Felt a little ripped off by this.

A well-run outfit, and PT Leslee O is highly knowledgeable and capable.
