Not impressed. Customer service at management level is very poor. Took them almost 2 hrs to fix a simple flat tire and another 45 minutes to figure out how to turn off alert sensor. Refused to allow me to voice this and other concerns to the owner. UPDATE: so I get a call from the owner who wanted to discuss my incident, and upon telling him my story, about how they lost my keys, took my car for several lengthy drives without my acknowledgement, poor service, and others, his basic response was «Well, we’re sorry to loose you as a customer». Wow. Luckily there a many other auto centers in Waxhaw to choose from. What a joke.

Not impressed whatsoever! I should’ve trusted my gut feeling and took my vehicle and money to a repair shop somewhere else. I explained the problem I am having with my vehicle to the tech but the only thing he appeared to be concerned with was being evasive and trying to make sure a waiter got their vehicle back. The person he was so desperately looking to help despite me standing in front of him wasn’t even in the waiting room… Oops! By the way, if he would’ve listen to what I was attempting to tell him he would’ve realized that the vehicle in question is in my driveway which would make it difficult to leave with them to run a diagnostics test etc. It’s cool though as I was able to find a repair shop where the tech actually listened to my questions/​concerns and provided good feedback. Lesson learned.

Much improved. There used to be a couple sketchy characters working here, but they are long since gone. Larry is a very nice and personable person, and he has helped me with several different problems with my old car. I will come back to them in the future.
