A One of a Kind Pony Party

Above and beyond amazing service. Lee was a pleasure to work with. The crew that came out to set up and clean up, were efficient, prompt, patient, respectful, and a joy to work with. Animals are well taken care of, and everything planned was in order. My daughter and her friends had a blast. Thank you again!

I had these guys come out for my sons 5^th birthday in January and it was our favorite party so far! We had a petting zoo and a Spider-​Man themed pony and i cant decide which one i liked better!
When booking this party Lee was really courteous and polite when i talked to her on the phone. She got all of my questions answered before i even had to ask and made sure to call and confirm the day before our party.
The staff members were super nice, on time, got everything set up and entirely cleaned up with no hassle. Everyone enjoyed the cute little piggies! I will definitely be booking them for future events :)

Wow! I’m shocked at her response. How could someone running a business dealing with kids flat out lie? Does it help her sleep better at night? My husband NEVER signed a contract. And if he did, she said we were supposed to give a 24hr notice for the cancellation. Well, she called us a few days before the supposedly «party date» and he returned her call to confirm there was no date. And that was 2 – 3 days before this phantom date. I was there the whole time they had the conversation and she said she was going to charge us anyway. He told her he wants to keep a good relationship with her and was very nice to her, but for unfair business practice, he would have dispute the charge and gave her fair warnings a few times. Something he never wants to do to a business. Heck, we even tip 18% for bad service at restaurants because we know those servers need to pay their bills… Well, we had full evidence and proof through emails and forwarded everything to our credit card company and they were nice enough to refund our money (remember, we told her to keep the $ 100 deposit for what we thought would be for future bookings). This experience is something I or no one should have to waste time and energy on.

I used these guys last year (2013) and 2 years before that (2011). I also have them booked for my daughter’s party this October. My whole family LOVES LOVES LOVES these people. The staff they send out is really nice; great people. I’ve never had any issues at all. Honestly, the other review sounds pretty fishy. I mean, the person even admits too being «too busy» to file a dispute with the card company (there’s usually a 60 – 90 window to do this) so I’m thinking they just blew off rescheduling? Who knows.
Anyhow, unless I have a bad experience this year, which I REALLY DOUBT, I will continue to use these people every year I can afford to do so. Its GREAT entertainment!
For anyone wondering, lol, the animals are very tame and used to being handled. Never any biting.
