This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. They came a week early to clean my carpets. And we were out of town. I received 7 phone calls that day from an unknown number. At the end of the day they tested me that I was a f****** a******. I then found out it was the carpet company. I asked them who this was and why they said that to me. They responded that me and my husband were rude jerks and that we should report our selves because we missed the appointment. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I can’t believe this company could be so derogatory and unprofessional to a client.
