Euphoria Spalon is a boutique-​style, full service salon-​spa located at 202 Grand Avenue in Wausau, Wisconsin. We offer complete hair, skin, massage & nail services. We have 2 treatment rooms, 3 pedicure chairs & a full makeup bar featuring Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics. Our professional staff is here to help you relax & re-​energize so you not only look great but feel great too. We use professional, high-​end products in our spalon & strive to be eco-​friendly whenever possible. We are pleased to offer our clients online appointment booking & complementary beverages. We specialize in wedding services but take great pride in our regular services as well.

History

Established in 2011.

We opened our salon-​spa with two goals in mind: we wanted an elegant & sophisticated «one stop shop» where our clients could get all their professional hair, skin, nail & massage services & we could follow «green» practices & use natural, organic or eco-​friendly products whenever possible.

Meet the Business Owner

Nicole M.

Business Owner

Nicole has over 13 years of experience in the beauty industry. She is a licensed stylist & esthetician & registered makeup artist with YB Cosmetics, MAC & Makeup Forever. She is also a certified Brazilian Blowout Specialist. She’s known as the «Carmindy of Wausau» by several clients & is Euphoria Spalon’s lead makeup artist. Nicole is a cum-​laude graduate of UW-​Eau Claire, finishing her bachelor’s degree in just 3 ½ years. She also graduated with honors from the State College of Beauty Culture’s Esthetics Program in 2007 & Moraine Park Technical College’s Cosmetology Apprenticeship Program in 2011. She’s attended numerous advanced makeup classes as well as the Aveda Institute in Milwaukee & the Aquage MasterClass Academy in Las Vegas. Nicole has also designed makeup looks for East Bay catalog shoots & hair looks for several Wausau Community Theatre productions.

I’m from Washington State and got married in Cecil where my husbands from. I found Euphoria Salon over the Internet whilst planning my wedding from Washington and from reading about them and their services I knew I had the book my wedding party with them and that they’d be worth the hour drive for me. Also, I was referred to my florist by this salon (Inspired by Nature llc) and was SO pleased with them as well! I’m very picky with salons and have been seeing the same salon here in Washington for 8 years so when I had to trust someone else for my destination wedding to do my hair and makeup on the most important day of my life. I was pretty nervous but Nicole and her staff did wonders and created the perfect look for me. Me and my girls had a great time and especially enjoyed the coffee and mimosas provided while we got beautified:) When I move to the area in a few months, this will definitely be my go to salon, even if it’s an hours drive away

I was in a wedding this past summer and had the opportunity to get my hair done here. The staff was welcoming and SO FLEXABLE they were willing to do whatever it took to get out on time. The girls were open to suggestions and so understanding. Even tho I wasn’t the bride, the girl who did my hair certainly made me feel special, like I mattered that day too. 5 stars, I cant wait to book my wedding party here!
