Briq’s Soft Serve

As much as I wanted to give this awesome ice cream place a 5 star, I just couldn’t. The ice cream itself was beyond amazing. We love Briq’s soft serve ice cream. But the service wasn’t the fastest, and seems they might just be figuring it all out at this location yet. We sat in the drive thru for a long time. My boyfriend even had time to leave his truck in park in the drive thru and run to the bathroom and still make it back without the line even moving. We got a good laugh out of that. When we did order they asked us to repeat our order a couple of times also, and we weren’t exactly sure if we were going to get what we ordered, but somehow they figured it out and it everything we did get was good.
Also love the fact of a small family business. They just need to figure out a way to make it a little bit faster so the line doesn’t have to be so long.
We’ll be back when we’re back in the neighborhood.
