The fact that it is very close to my doctor’s office and on the way home makes it very convenient. It is very clean and well kept, but the customer service could use some improvement. I went to pick up my prescription and I found the first lady that helped me to be so flustered or in a rush that she couldn’t seem to type in the information. 15 minutes later, the Pharmacist called my name over the PA so I made my way up to the counter and stood there as she glanced at me and threw a bag of something into a tub of other prescriptions. I stood there as she then picked up the phone and again called my name over the PA, fortunately at that moment another staff member asked, «Can I help you?» So I told her that the Pharmacist just called my name and said that my prescription is ready. The Pharmacist came over and asked if this was the first time using this medicine. I said yes so she began to consult. The only thing that bothered me about that was how loud she was about it. It is a cream for eczema, so it isn’t super embarrassing, it just feels like there is no privacy. Also, I think it has been proven yelling very slowly at people that do not speak English doesn’t actually help with comprehension.
