Richlonn’s Tire & Service Centers

This is the only place I trust to bring my car in for tire repairs. They’re always friendly and accommodating and they always do a great job.

I’ve been coming here for a couple months now and the staff and service have been excellent. I made my appointment via their website and I had a response within 2 hours. The service tech at the counter explained the work they would do and what each charge entailed.

If I could give them a –ve I would. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Left my car for an oil change with a spare key of my other car in the key chain, and when I get my car and key chain back, first the spare key is missing and now suddenly the oil is leaking. When I talked to the manager about the missing key he simply says that there was no spare key in the key chain. I guess the key just decided to take a stroll on its own. I am never going back there again. Please make sure you take your rest of the keys out before handing them your key chain.

I have taken my vehicles to be serviced at Richlonn’s for years, and up until the past year or so I have been completely satisfied. Recently, however, I have seen a dramatic decrease in the customer service I receive at the front desk and an increase in the cost of services (I admit that I have not price-​compared with other service centers, though). In my most recent experience, I called and asked if I could get in for an oil change and a tire rotation. The gentleman I spoke with said I could, so I drove over to their shop. When I arrived and indicated I needed an oil change and a tire rotation, the man at the desk asked me what day next week I could drop off my vehicle. I told him I had just called and was told they could service me this morning. He replied that he had no room, and that he had overheard my telephone conversation and I was told that I would have to leave the vehicle their all day — SIMPLY NOT TRUE!
I left and will never return… after 10 years with the same service center, I will need to look for someone new — someone who offers reliable service at a fair price and with a HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE APPROACH!
