I had my carpets «cleaned» beginning of June to the tune of $ 178.00. I had my living room, family room & stairs done — those big discounts apparently are not available for everyone. My complaint is not about the $, within 3 weeks the stains reappeared. Called the company to express my disappointment only to be told the time frame for complaints is 7 days.
When I CAN AFFORD another round of cleaning I am going back to J & S Carpet — they have always done an excellent job. I tried Oxy Fresh as it was advertised as a greener method. Never again
