Took a special trip here to pick up shuffleboard table wax. Very large selection of items you need to create your special man cave, home bar area, or outside deck/​pool area. Lots of pool table, shuffleboard, darts and other assorted bar game accessories. I called ahead to make sure they had the wax and I’m glad I did as it was an extensive trip from Milwaukee. I had never been in downtown Waukesha before, so it was definitely an «explore» (my word for adventure).

WOW, we just purchased an amazing outdoor furniture set and extra accoutrements. Yes we spent more then we initially wanted to but the value of great outdoor furniture with a 10 yr warrant, made in the US, makes me very happy. Service was top notch, Thanks Tony. We will be back when we finish our rec room to add games. Great Store. very pleasant experience.

I suppose I could have saved myself the trip by just calling first, but after seeing their advertising I decided to make the drive to check it out in person. I went in looking for information on buying two pool tables, and hopefully a Golden Tee machine. Waited around for the owner to speak with us. He basically explained to me that he was the «only» place for this stuff (coin-​op pool tables) and the «only» pool tables he had for me would be $ 5000. This guy either doesn’t know the internet exists, or just didn’t want to deal with me. Either way, the guy didn’t give me his name, didn’t look me in the eye the whole conversation and gave off a bad vibe. I had to ask for his name before leaving to ensure I remembered for this review. Thanks for nothing, Ken. I’ll buy my machines elsewhere.

Ken, Rob, and Dustin helped me secure the cue stick of my dreams. The last of seven made by Schön, this was a tough cue to find. I paid more than what the competition charged (despite the «lowest price» guarantee on the front page of their web site), but I can’t say I have any regrets; the cue is a true work of art. And they had to go out of their way to get it for me so I can’t complain. I think it is safe to say if Master Z’s can’t find what you’re looking for, nobody can. The customer service I received was more than I expected. Overall, I would recommend these guys. Next time I am in Milwaukee area I’ll have to make a trip out your pool hall, it looks like the place to be!
