We’re satissfied with the apology and the prompt service. The confusion began with a mechanic answering the phone rather than the secretary. Now awaiting for work on the vehicle.

I dropped my 2012 Chevy Cruze LTZ off Dec 18 and it is now Jan 22 and my car is still not finished. It wasn’t suppose to take more than a week and a half. They did finished the broken door but then the same day they damaged my car themselves. They damaged my hood, fender and busted my headlight. Never called me once and it is going on over 5 weeks now… They never called to tell me they started it, they finished it, they damaged it, nothing… Also, they have tried returning it to me TWICE before it was done. There was still loose glass, window and door issues that were pretty obvious since i noticed them within minutes of being in the car… I am young and drive around alot for work and college which I told them and they gave me a minivan loaner car! With a college budget, do I look like I can afford to fill that up every few days… I don’t car that it’s a minivan, I just care about the gas milage and cost. I have had to go out of my way to reach them and to get status updates on my car… The people working there seem far from knowledgable since when I stated something was wrong and told them what it was, they didn’t know what I was talking about and instead of asking me what I meant they just ignored the problem and tried returning the car to me again. Please save yourself the frustrations and go somewhere else! If I could give it negative starts I sure would. Never had issues like this with a body shop before…

Morons. I take a day off of work to get a part put on my car and it was a total waste because they ordered the part for the WRONG SIDE. Didn’t even offer to give me a discount if I came back after they got the right part. GO ELSEWHERE.
