Im not even sure where to start. One, this place is full of stuck up car sales men. The service here is very bad and i would rather just walk every where then get a car from here. If you want a land rover or jaguar, i would say go to chicago just so you dont have to deal with this place.

I bought a car here in late 2013 and overall I would say the experience went well compared to what you’d expect from a car buying experience. My sales person was very knowledgeable about the car and brand in general more so than I have ever experienced. I stop in frequently for washes and the people at the front desk are pleasant and they do a great job. Opportunity wise I would say the service writers are hit and miss some times you get an easy person to deal with and sometimes you get a bad attitude.

I needed a new throttle body — and they did that part of the work just fine. However, they did a «thorough inspection» and came up with a grocery list of other things they said my car needed. One was a cooling system flush. I had the radiator replaced at a different location in December. The system was flushed at that time and I have less than 500 miles on it since! They also indicated my air filter was questionable. I put a new one in the car on the Saturday before our appointment. It had less than 50 miles on it! Other issues that were raised also proved to be less of a need than they indicated. Good thing I have a different mechanic I can trust!

Easy going and efficient. Great coffee, ice cream and juice for customers. Best car buying experience yet.

My brother recommended this place as a safe place to purchase a used vehicle. I haven’t been very pleased with our local dealership and did not want to purchase from them.
My son has been saving for a car, and it was time to invest. You know how there are certain firsts in your life you will always remember? I think we all remember that first car we owned.
The staff made us feel welcome right away, and we hardly waited at all for our paperwork. The service manager personally came out and greeted us while we were there, and inquired how we were being treated — very nice! My son played it cool, but later whispered to me «It’s a really cool car.» How funny!
I have to admit, as a single mom, I dread walking into auto shops and car dealerships. Not once did I feel anything but respect and consideration. Nicely done, Fields! We will be back!

bought a used car from them and 5 weeks later had to spend $ 1200 to fix it. need i say more?
they say that their service dept. checks each car before selling. either they employ
idiots in that department or they overall justify peoples wariness of car dealerships
and their how trustworthy they are. probably both.
i wouldn’t buy a stick of gum from this place going forward.
UPDATE:
13K miles later, we’ve had no issues. This may have been an oversight initially by their inspectors before selling the vehicle, but the car is in sound condition.

I needed an oil change and my gps checked out while in WI so made an appointment. They asked me to be in early so they could check the car out and have it ready by late afternoon when I needed it back. I called numerous times and left voice mail messages that went unreturned. At 3 pm I finally get in touch with the service manager who promises me call back. An hour later after they finally looked at my car I get a call back. My car needed new rear brakes and it will not be ready until the next morning. So after waiting all day they have not even changed the oil. They promise that everything will be done by noon the next day. So fast forward to day two when I call to check on status at 10am… no work has started and I get manager on the phone who has an attitude… He Promises me car by noon and says they will call when ready. Guess what, at noon they have still not called me back so I call and told car is being washed and is ready. I show up to pick up and car is ready. They did not wash the car, they left the service overdue light on in the car and billed me for 4 hour of labor on my breaks. Never in all the conversations did I get an apology or was I offered a loaner car (even after I told the service manager I would be stranded because they did not finish work on first day). Avoid they headaches and go some place else. I have owned three Volos now and been to a bunch of Volvo dealer and never experienced such awful customer service.
