This is the comment to the comment Camp Bow Wow made.
It’s not a claim it’s a fact. Why? Because if you truly cared then we would’ve received a phone call from someone right away to see how Ralph was doing. This did not happen. As a matter of fact I had to call you guys in order to further advance the claim. That is the truth whether you like it or not. What makes it even more sad is I have never received a phone call asking about how Ralph was doing at any stage of the process before or after the incident. For someone to claim they care you did absolutely nothing but pay the bill and move on.

The website was very thorough and gave me a good idea of the facilities. I was very impressed by the staff. I love the web cam. Seeing my pup having a blast while I was at work reassured me of my decision to try Camp Bow Wow. And an extra bonus, she didn’t smell like dog pee when she came home like she has at another daycare. The only downside is that they have been at full capacity once or twice when I’ve called for daycare services.
