If you want to learn to fly, this is the best place to go. Not only are the instuctors good, but it is the most reasonably priced flying school in the area.

The Sitck and Rudder flying club is a private club based out of the Waukegan Airport. They are a great bunch of guys that are really enthusiastic about flying. They seem to spend time with each other talking about their past flight experiences as well as their upcoming flights and are very welcoming to new members who are passionate about flying.
I will most likely be submitting my application to be joining them after taking a DEMO flight lesson with one of the instructors and having a great experience.
