I went into the Walmart store by Park City Illinois and I was doing some shopping and I notice that there was a gentleman there and a lady from Xfinity the gentleman stop me his name was Josh and he looked me up in the system and could not find me at first but then he found me and he realize they cancelled my appointment for Monday. So what Josh did was he rebook my appointment for Tuesday for 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. I got home about 7:30 or so and for some reason I listen to my voicemails and it said that they were already here inbetween 3 and 5 my neighbor came over later that evening I told him what happened and he did tell me that they were here at about 4 p.m. I told Josh all the negative problems I was having in the past with this company and he said everything would be ok which that was a lie. I told him I would give this company one last chance and they blew it. I talked to someone that had th exact same problem as I did and they said that I would probably be getting a bill in the mail which I should not get a bill in the mail because one the first month was free and number two till this day none of their equipment is hooked up to my TV or in my home or outside my home. I see where the employees get their manners if a manager can’t handle problems how can a employee handle problems. This is a scam. Do not do anything business with this company they promise one thing and do another thing. I cannot believe the gentleman did this to me and I have called him 3 times three different days and supposedly he gave me his direct number and till this day he has not returned my phone calls. I canceled my service since he would not pick up I left a voicemail it seems they do not want my business. This is a terrible company I had in the past wrote many letters to the vice president to corrected my problems. I don’t think a customer should have to go through what I’ve been through with this company. If I could give negative stars I would. Please don’t do any business with this company. Here are some etiquette tops to make a customer happy. 1. Be Professional, 2. Be Honest, 3. Be Empathetic, 4. Be Responsible, 5. Be Complete, 6) Be Dependable. Great customer service is the ability to meet the needs and requirements or the expectations of the customers. Keeping your customers happy should always be a priority, and good customer services plays an important role in that, at the end of the days your business is there due to the customers.

Once you actually get into the parking lot, brace yourself. Carry your broken, returning, etc equipment and stand in line. Packing a lunch and bringing a folding chair is not a bad idea. Hour and a half and the line really didn’t look that long.
I felt like I was an inconvenience to the customer service lady.
Dreadful, with the customer service you’ve come to expect from Comcast.

No matter if you call Comcast on the phone or come in person my experience with their so called customer service is HORRIBLE! SITTING SITTING… WAITING IN HELL

Our land line phone hasn’t worked all day. When my husband called for help he was connected with someone in South America. I wish we hadn’t switched from AT&T

Horrible, horrible internet service! The internet is so slow and interrupted. I often have to check my email on the phone because the internet is just not working at home. I don’t know what are we paying for! I have to turn my wi-​fi on and off zillion times to be able to do something online. I thought it was my computer, but it never happens at my friends place or even at McDonalds!
We called Comcast and they told us to buy a new router, which we did, and nothing changed. Their service stinks — cannot wait when another provider gets into our area.

Went here at 8:30, had to wait in line for over 1 hour because they’re lazy cheap management can’t hire more people and come to the house to fix their defective products !

Typical Comcast. Extended wait to exchange equipment. Someday we will have other choices. I just hope I live long enough to take advantage of them.

Called to lower my bill and Comcast said I was in a 2yr contract they can not find. The contract was sent to an email that doesn’t even belong to me. I would have to pay $ 150 to lower my bill since its a breach of this contract. Why would I pay to stay with this company if I could go to At@t for the same price.
So than I was told fine $ 75 and we can lower your monthly bill. Again why would I pay to stay with your company? This policy is crazy! Comcast has the worst customer service ever. Do yourself a favor and do not use comcast for anything!

My Comcast Wi FI router/​modem went out on 10÷18÷15, but was only 6 months old. I went to the Comcast store in North Chicago, IL on Monday, ¹⁰¹⁹⁄₁₅ to replace the old one with a new residential one. The one they gave me turned out of be a business modem. Three hours later after trying to install it in my home, technical support said the North Chicago office goofed up and asked me to drive back to North Chicago, again, to return the business modem for the correct residential modem, which I did. Each modem is wrapped and as a consumer I trusted what they did as it was linked to my residential phone number. Very incompetent group, took so much of my time that week, and they never even apologized. Bureaucracy to the max. They don’t even have a direct phone over there to call to give a manager constructive feedback.

Worst customer service. Waited 49 minutes on hold and still no one picked up. I’ve been a customer for 15 years and service is worse every year

First of all they make the waiting room look like a social services welfare office and then you have scammer alert signs posted all over the wall informing customers to not trust anyone claiming to be Comcast representatives, get this; the scammers are in the Waukegan parking lot!!! asking customers as they go in to attempt to con them into making payments and/​or giving there equipment to them and guess what there is not a camera or security guard nowhere in sight. Comcast is already scummy and now they have sleaze balls hovering at the entrance of the Waukegan Service center in plain site and the only effort they do to protect there customers is post a SCAM warning sign inside the lobby. WOW I am trying to figure out who is scummier Comcast or the Fake Comcast reps!

Comcast promised us $ 125 credit for over billing Wednesday and didn’t show up, call disconnected after 30 minutes on hold today! End this madness!

Absolutely the most incompetent people working for them. I have the basic package for $ 59.99 a month. The internet works OK but the channels I have are mostly infomercials… for $ 59.99 a month?!! I was just on hold for 10 minutes trying to upgrade and she hung up, and hasn’t returned my call.

I received a letter dated April 14, 2015 postmarked April 13, 2015 from Zip 60 523 requesting I return a DTA due to a review of my account. I cancelled my Comcast account in February 2015 and was never told to return the DTA. I went to the website on the letter to «request an equipment return kit» The website did not list a DTA so I was unable to complete the request. I called Comcast and spoke with Marvin, transferred to Chris, transferred to Erica, transferred to Bob who finally figured out how to send me an equipment return kit.
SO glad I finally cut the cable and I am done with Comcast!

There is a flaw in your business model, Comcast.
You require customers to return equipment to your location. You have failed to recognize that most of your customers loathe you — unannounced price increases that nearly triple the initial cost and poor service have led to your customers also being your biggest critics.
And then, at the point they are fed up and canceling, you force them into a location where they wait in line for long periods of time. Hot, uncomfortable, tired, and full of burning rage.
On my most recent visit, the line extended from the waiting area to the lobby to the sidewalk in front of the building. Though open until six, you had two staff members who clocked out at 5 p.m., leaving the waiting customers even angrier. I don’t begrudge staff the chance to leave at the end of the day, but I do have a right to be upset that you don’t more appropriately staff your location. As did the other 30 or so customers in line, who at the point I was leaving, were discussing mutiny and riots.
Never again, Comcast. Never again.
