Erwin Cohn received his undergraduate education at the University of Illinois and earned his J.D. at the University of Illinois College of Law. He has many years of experience in Illinois trial and appellate courts, the U.S. District Court, the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and before administrative law judges of the Social Security Administration. He also has many years of experience in arbitration cases before of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and FINRA, the financial industry regulatory agency, and is certified to serve as an arbitrator for AAA for uninsured motorist cases. Over his many years of practice he has handled all types of personal injury accident and injured worker claims, as well as Social Security disability claims.
