Established in 2011.

S&E Property Care was officially Established in 2011 by Dave Allison. However, Mr. Allison has been servicing the great metro area of Des Moines, IA and its surrounding area’s since 1994.

Dave founded S&E Property Care in 2007.

In 2011, making it official, Dave realized that he wanted to do more than just work seasonally doing irrigation and performing «side» jobs. He had a bigger vision. After working as the lead irrigation installer and technician for Fenner Irrigation since 1994, he branched out and went on his on.

With an Associates in Commercial Horticulture, Turf management and Landscape Design, he began to offer a complete property care service.

Dave knew that times had changed and homeowners as well as business’s were looking for «full service» companies to perform their property care needs, which ultimately made it easier for everyone. Less hassle, less invoices and checks and 1 person to call.

Since making the leap in 2011, Dave has experienced great accomplishments with a consistent growth in business each year, which is mostly attributed to his loyal clientele and their constant referrals.
