History
Established in 2002.
Fresh Prep Kitchens was created by mother/daughter team Judy Lerg and Jody Lombardo. Originally opened in downtown Santa Cruz on Front Street offering self-service meal assembly of fresh and healthy dinners until 2010. Fresh Prep Kitchens then moved to Capitola, offering a retail format of prepared ready-to-cook dinners to go. Fresh Prep Kitchens no longer offers a retail outlet, but rather operates on a reservation basis with home delivery every Monday and Thursday.

Jody and her mother created Fresh Prep Kitchens in 2003. Since then the business has evolved into a local meal delivery service. With more than 20 years of experience, Jody continues to provide exceptional personal service and great food to the local community.
