My go to for a close by pizza place. Have never been disappointed, great service, delivery is always on time, good prices, good food

I love their moon shine wings. Pizza is pretty good also. I am not a fan of their cheese steak. Its roast beef. They are a little pricey. Very fast delivery has one or two mess ups on my order but carmine(im guessing hes the owner) always takes care of me.

Great NY-style pizza! And they even mix it up with some great lunch offerings. 1. Thai Chicken pizza… so addicting. 2. Turkey/Mashed potato/Gravy…it’s like Thanksgiving on a slice! 3. Bacon/Cheese/Mashed potato… genius! $ 3 a slice, great service, and fast! Wings are good too, as well as their wraps.

I thought the price was really cheap then I saw the portions. The small pizza is a little bit bigger than a personal pan pizza and the boneless wings was like half an order of popcorn chicken. And the pepper in the breading mixed with hot sauce left a nasty after taste. We used to order then all the time but stoped now I remember why I threw out there menu.

Excellent place! We order from here at least once every two weeks, the pizzas are the best in the capital region! Their subs are chock full of fresh ingredients and are large enough for two servings. Whether I call in the order or use grub hub they usually deliver within 30 minutes of the order being placed, the only exception being one time an hour and 15 minutes but it was a Friday night around 7pm during a snow storm so it was completely expected and acceptable. Highly recommended!

I can deal with a thick crust coming from Connecticut… Greek pizza is a staple back there. New Haven apizza, and the classic NY version also have one thing in common if they are done right. Crisp crust… That’s in the dough and the cooking time. Guiseppe’s pasta dishes are really good. but this chewy crust pizza I picked up wasn’t doing it. The really good pizza joints in Connecticut use the buffalo mozz or the fresh stuff. Riccotta is a fine substitute which this place uses in many of the pizza varieties… I think I’m admittedly getting dopey nostalgic in this largely backwards ass culinary dark pit known as Albany… I miss the New Haven variety, because you know they cooked the crust there’s a lot of love and time taken to do it right. and always a slight char on the bottom of the za. Guiseppe’s pizza isn’t even close. I’ll stick with the pasta dishes here. which are the reason to come here.

I used to like this place, but not after my sister’s experience. We live just a couple of blocks away from Giuseppe’s and my sister walked over to buy a couple slices. The woman behind the counter was eating while working, which is okay, but then she started talking WITH A FULLMOUTH and some of her lunch made it’s way onto my sister’s food — EWW! Rather than make a scene(and I’m surprised she didn’t), my sister decided to leave. She called the place and asked for the manager to explain what happened. He vehemently denied that it happened despite the fact he wasn’t there and I highly doubt he reprimanded the employee for her actions. When she told me this story, it made me question how MY food was being handled on those occasions when I called and picked up my orders. I have avoided this place like the plague ever since. If YOU decide to go, be sure you’re there when you order to ensure nothing unholy happens to your food.

I LOVETHISPLACE!!! Delivery is ALWAYS fast and the amount of food you get is Texas sized! I order from them every Wednesday for dinner for my grandmother so I know she is eating hearty and has enough to last a couple days. I also order whenever I’m in town. Yesterday I ordered food and it was at my door in twenty minutes! I couldn’t believe it! It was piping hot and delicious!

Decent pie. Took more than an hour to arrive but they were honest about the timing so it wasn’t a big deal. Another chewy thick crust but this one had some flavor. The garlic sauce was disappointingly bland but the pizza was overall a pleasant experience. No records broken here in the flavor department.

I love this place. $ 4.50 for 2 plain slices and a soda. Pizza is always consistent. Never tried take out, always got it there. If the slices are good, then the pies should be good for take out. They have buffalo chicken I’m the glass case most of the time, which is pretty good.

Ordered from Giuseppe’s, via grub hub. Delivery time wasn’t short; over an hour. Which is funny, because everything was undercooked. We got a square cheese pizza, it was incredibly oily, chewy, and undercooked/raw in some spots. Same with the garlic knots. I don’t eat them, but the two people who did, couldn’t finish more than half of one, a piece. Too bad, their hours are convenient and it would have been nice to have had another option to order from, besides the same one I, always use.

Their pizza is the best I’ve had since moving to the Capital Region 2 years ago. I highly recommend their buffalo chicken pizza, but anything is good from here. I had a few of their Italian dishes as well and they were on par with some of the normal restaurants around here.

Ordered almost 50 bucks worth of food. Usually never have a problem with them but they’ve just lost a long time customer. Ordered crispy chicken salad which I kept to eat next day. When I went to eat it salad was bad tomatoes and cucumber were mushy and sour. Called them and was told they would not do anything cuz order was from previous day. Absolutely horrible way to treat loyal customers. I won’t order from them again and I advise you to STAYAWAY

This place is fantastic. As a new resident in Watervliet, I had no idea where to get pizza from. My coworker recommended Giuseppe’s. I ordered through Mealeo, and they were incredibly quick. We ended up ordering another pizza and wings due to more people arriving and they came within a half hour or so. I love it. Definitely getting my pizza business.

I liked this place very much until recently. They have raised their prices to the point I won’t eat there anymore.

They do everything right. The subs are amazing, and I am picky about them. The wings are plump and juicy. The Italian food is very tasty. The pizza is New York style foldy and just a little greasy, but I like that. I like to try a place a few times before writing a review and I have to say I have not had anything less than great experiences here.

Guiseppe’s pizza is by far the best in the Watervliet/Menands area. I’ve lived here for 3 years and out of all the places we’ve tried, we keep coming back for their delicious pizza despite having another pizza place right around the corner. There is the perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings, and their crust is to die for! Crispy yet chewy and it has great flavor. The burned edges are the BEST. I will gladly eat anyone’s leftover crust if they leave it behind! One of my favorites is the Hawaiian pizza, but we’ve also had their Taco pizza and it is wonderful(spicy too!). A medium is PLENTY for 4 people, a large will feed an army. My husband and I can live a full weekend on a large. The medium wings we ordered were OK, not my favorite in the area but decent. Who am I kidding, I was all about the pizza anyway. You have to try this place!

Giuseppe’s is my go-to pizza place, and they have an $ 8 large cheese pick up(which makes it taste even better)! The staff is also really friendly. The wings are tasty, but not Albany’s best. I’ve had several different toppings combos, and most are great. Unfortunately I’ve been too busy eating their pizza to try the large variety of subs and Italian dinners they offer.

Their 8 cut is considered a large and cost only $ 10.95 and it’s huge. Apparently their the 1st place winner at the Watervliet Wing War, but I haven’t tried their wings yet. They have soup of the day, salads, cold and hot subs, pastas, burgers. They also Cater.
