Ziebart

I’ve had a great 5 years of outstanding service with Ziebart in Watertown, NY. Just a few things that I have had done include tires, multiple radio installs, alarms, under coating, several window tint jobs, brush guards, rocker steps, HID headlights, diamond gloss, and speaker installation. No matter what the job was I was always greeted with a smile and some hot coffee. I can remember several times that the employees volunteered to stay late in order to get my vehicle ready for a road trip. I cant say thank you enough and I look forward to working with them more in the future.
They are a very Military friendly establishment. I highly recommend this company to handle anyone’s auto accessory needs. A+ Service.

Went there for a detail, got there at 745, 15 minutes early and the guy was incredibly rude!
I just walked out. I don’t care if you say you are the best there is in this crappy town, your attitude reflects your business!
To who ever tried to put a «review» on me from this shop was completely wrong on how things went about that morning. I was nice, polite, and the guy who was there that morning was rude from the beginning! I didn’t have any demands, I asked if there was another detail they could do, and he rudely told me to go to another place. I didn’t ask if there was some where else to go, I asked for a quicker detail. When I repeated the question to him, he said no and that he wouldn’t even get my in by 830, when I was told to be there by 8 for in and out since I would be waiting. He rudely kept saying no, no, no I have to do this and that and then get you in and you won’t be done until 12 – 1. I said okay, thank you anyway and left because I understood it was going to take time. I was not rude at all and had no demands, just a question.
