i have been going to top cuts since paul opened. he cut my hair at a previous place but when he told me he opened his own place i was thrilled. i like his work because he always listens to what i want even if he thinks it won’t work out for my hair type. and we have had some great conversations over the last few years. he is a great guy!

You need a cheap haircut? This is a place to go. The owner is very friendly and you have a nice conversations about everything as he goes and cuts your hair. He has trained a new guy and and he is also a friendly guy. I do not know how they do other things, but if you are getting a straight haircut, they do a good job.
