Established in 1995.

The business was started by Kevin Burke and John O’ Connor in 1995. Both worked in the masonry field in their native Ireland. Kevin Burke is one of the owners of Renaissance Masonry. He is one of the people responsible for talking to customers at the time of the initial consultation and estimate. As well as supervising all the work he is always available to answer any questions the customer may have.

A few years ago I paid a mason to repoint the stone foundation of my garage. This past fall the work began to fail, with the new and old mortar turning to dust, leaving large gaps between the stones. This time I hired Renaissance Masonry. They cleaned out the old and new mortar, filling all the gaps with a more appropriate lime based mortar. The Jon was very neat and tidy. Vastly superior in both appearance and quality to the old job. I’m very happy and fully intend to hire them again in the near future.

In September of 2010 my backdoor stairs were crumbling and needed to be replaced. Kevin was very quick to respond. I had a very specific vision of how I wanted my new steps and landing to look. Kevin did a fantastic job, not only replacing the stairs, but in redesigning them to look exactly how I wanted. He was fast, courteous, and left the area he was working in cleaner than when he arrived. It’s been 2 ½ years since the work was done and I am still very happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend Kevin and Renaissance Masonry to anyone.
